Services Offered and Clients Served:

Eloise approaches the counseling process from a Christian cognitive behavioral perspective, where patterns of irrational beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors are explored to assist in gathering the key understanding of mental health and mental illness— in order to better understand and serve the clients. Eloise views clients as persons and not their as their diagnosis. She provides an environment in which empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuiness are present. The clients’ presenting problems are explored, in order to better understand them and together develop effective solutions towards achieving their goals and objectives. Additionally, choice theory is implemented when indicated. Eloise works with clients in a variety of formats including individually, as a couple, and as a family. She sees clients of all ages- minimum age of 5. She provides services to all English speaking clients of all backgrounds.

Code of Conduct:

As a LPC, She is required by law to adhere to the Code of Conduct for practice as a LPC that has been adopted by the licensing board, the Louisiana LPC Board of Examiners. A copy of this Code of Conduct is available to you upon request.
